Wednesday, February 20th, 2013
Senior captain Greg McGrath won his first three matches to advance to the finals in the 195 pound weight class in the Division II State Championship Tournament as he defeated Bobby Paquette of Greater Lowell in the first round by pin (3:20), Matt Cherkerzian of Belmont in the quarters by pin (3:41) and John Cronin of Needham in sudden victory 5-3 in their semi finals match to set up a rematch of the Division II South Sectional finals in the state finals with Jake Genereux of Duxbury.
