Advice to Wrestlers in the off-season from former WH Coach/Massachusetts Wrestling Hall of Fame Coach Bob Gay
- Lift on a regular schedule because stronger wrestlers defeat weaker wrestlers.
- Improve your skills by wrestling in the off-season at clubs, camps, and tournaments.
- Stay in shape by running because quicker wrestlers defeat slower wrestlers.
- Finally and most importantly, be good and decent human beings - avoid alcohol, drugs, tobacco, etc. because good will triumph over evil!

Colin McSweeney wins sectional crown, team finishes 3rd at the Individual Division II South Sectional Championships

Colin McSweeney became Whitman-Hanson's 3rd straight Division II South Sectional champion at 145 lbs. and won the tournament's most outstanding wrestler award as the Panthers finished 3rd as a team and qualified for the Division II state dual meet tournament.
