Another good practice and we had three new sign ups so that's great. We went over a lot of things today in regards to top and bottom wrestling and will be building on that with each practice. Here are a few more videos where you can review some of the things we covered today. Parents, if you could please make sure your kids watch them as we think it's a great reinforcer and can help pull it together when they are practing at home. We have had some communication with the area youth programs and the schedule for some scrimmages and tournaments starting in January should be finalized soon. We don't need to focus on that right now, we'll just work on preparing although we may get in scrimmage with another town before then.
